Elevators were down! Thankfully they reimbursed us $90 but we were on the 16th floor and getting our bags downstairs was awful. Our shades in our room was broken. They also only allowed 2 beach chairs when we had 4 adults which is ridiculous?! Service and food was amazing but slow. Overall good not ...
