Not as described. Property had a good rating, but it was a sketchy area. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Thank you for your review, Daniel. Our North Beach location is quiet surrounded by similar extended stay properties, so it feels more like a neighborhood. We are disappointed you did not have a better time, but we appreciate all feedback.

VERY UNSAFE - if you are going as a young female do not stay here. Men sitting outside of their rooms watching what room you go into. Office was locked when we got there. Very unaccommodating about early check in. Randoms walking into pool area. The pictures are deceiving. Thought it would be a very cute boutique motel but it was the complete opposite. The beach is also all under construction and that was not communicated at all so you can't even get anywhere close to the beach.

The service was amazing, we checked out early in the morning 5am and there was a guy who helped with everything he was really kind. The hotel was exactly as it looks in the picture however there were some cocrotches there that i wasn't happy about... please clean up the cocrotches

Super nice room, just needed a proper cleaning after each guest who stayed there. Don’t leave food out. There will be millions of little bugs in no time

There was no place to park! My daughter and I drove around for over an hour looking for a place to park and still ended up parking on the street over a block away. The bathroom was horrendous, broken tiles, the mirror was peeling off from the back. The staff was very friendly and offered to move us to their other location, but stated that the parking there is even worse. Needless to say, we stayed 1 night and I ended up forfeiting the remaining 4 nights to find a room elsewhere.

This place exceeded my expectations as the price was great but it really was close to Miami Beach proper. Quiet and the room was large and clean. Parking is on the street but for April, found spots pretty quickly without having to pay. What a nice place for what I paid for the two of us.

Upon checking in the room looked pretty decent once we started moving around in the room cockroaches big and small started running out. I notified the staff I saw since the front desk was at their other location they would start out speaking English to me once I started complaining they would switch to Spanish and say they don’t understand.

The property location is good, price was decent The only problem I had was about the cleaniness of the place. I only stayed for a day so i did not have time or energy to complain about it in that moment. They should put more effort to clean more the condos! Floors were really dirty

We went with family, great close distance to all rooms and swimming pool. Dont advertise anything very well like beach towels are ivce machine anything also off kitchenette but no dish towels broom for crumbs sand in an area with a beach anyways very cute and had what we needed short distance to beach

They could do a way better job in cleaning the room and bathrooms and there’s mold on the property the smell of the humidity and AC filters is awful, when the AC is on it’s fine but once it’s turned off the smell of the room is unbearable. The bed comforter was all stained had to ask the desk for a clean one. For $200 a night, I think the hotel could’ve been in a lot better condition, I really didn’t expect it to be the way it was. Not to mention they clean the room every 3 days not sure why a hotel would ever be like that but it’s not okay for me, but putting it out there in case this isn’t something you’re looking for.

The room was clean overall. The staff need to do a better job cleaning the floors in the rooms as they were not cleaned well (sticky and grainy ). We did enjoy our stay and it was close to everything. Staff was very helpful and kind as well. Would stay again.

I Booked Two rooms reviewing the website information but they gave us two room in two different location. I spoke with the manager but those staffs were not helpful. even Expedia Rep was not helpful in that regards. 01 room we got at 7310 timely but other on 6755 we got almost at 5.30 pm.

The property is like a 70’s style motel. It’s well maintained and clean. The queen size bed was comfortable. The kitchen was very basic. Our unit was quiet. It has a Publix grocery store within a couple of blocks. It’s close to the beach.
