Overall stay was good. However, check-in was quite inconvenient. The lady I spoke to was unprofessional and disorganized. I was told that I would receive check-in information day of arrival so I waited but did not receive any messages. I waited until 2:45pm to call (check-in was 3pm). It was an inconvenience for us since we didn’t have wifi and connection was bad. Also, the listing of the property says the room comes with an electric stovetop. We planned on making food at the hotel but there was no electric stovetop available. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to the inconveniences of checking-in.

The property is covered by a chain link fence. There is zero parking. It has a dumpster around the front door. They hook you by making you pay in advance so when you see the property you dont run...I decided not to stay and find a hotel by the airport. Very run down. DO NOT STAY HERE...for $40 more you can have way more than this dump.

If I could tick worse than terrible I would. This place has to be investigated. The person at the front desk didn’t want to help what so ever. Offered a new room and no doubt the room would have been in the state that I checked into. Worst check in process I have ever experienced. The room smelt so bad I couldn’t breathe and couldn’t wait to get out. Any wonder they offer no refunds once you have check in. Absolute disgrace. There needs to be a check of this place to confirm it is safe for any living person to stay at. Worst experience of my life by far. Expedia this needs to be removed off your suggest accommodation immediately!

All of the property smells like mold. They have a machine in the lobby that has this very strong smell to hide the mold one. The bedrooms smell even stronger of mold growth. My head hurt every night, I tried not to be in there for more that a couple of hours. Would not recommend staying here .

The cleaning of the room was awefull not because of the ladies but because of the cucarachas and little mosquitos! The humidity is terrible!!! Horrible bed mattres! Great location! Great employees but definitely needs a better supervision!!!

Utterly disappointed 2 year Anniversary
When we arrived in Miami from Atlanta at 3am our code to enter the door was incorrect. We had to reach out to someone at the property to get a working code. The building smelled of urine and mold. The photos on the website must have been taken years ago. The bed was uncomfortable and not accommodating for more than one person. No basic necessities were in the room. The towels were the quality of cleaning cloths. It was my husband and I second year Anniversary. We were utterly disappointed. Will not stay there again nor will I recommend.

The communication prior to check in was awful. It was to the point we weren’t sure if we’d be able to check in because we hadn’t received the check-in codes/instructions as we were flying out. We had to call Expedia to assist. They did eventually come around 3:40pm, which is after check in time. Even an email before hand saying the info was forthcoming would have been a little comforting. As far as the room itself, the reviews mentioning the smell were accurate. There’s a pervasive dank smell throughout. It could definitely be a little cleaner, but we didn’t encounter anything horrific. We only stayed one night for a cruise layover, but personally, we’d find somewhere else to stay if we returned.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. do NOT go here, you will get extremely sick and have many allergic reactions from how absurdly dirty the place is. reeks of cat pee and mold.

Could be better if it’s clean and not moldy rusty smell in the building and rooms. Bed is uncomfortable and the add isn’t what to expect at arrival. Theirs no desk attendant or if their is never seen any staff and they do not clean the room for the entire stay

Thankfully, we only stayed here one night. I probably would not stay at this property more than two nights. Our room stunk like mold, when we first arrived. The mold was so intense that it made me wheeze and my eyes water. Walls are paper thin and you can hear footsteps and people talking. For some reason the property has an echo. The shower wasn't cleaned very well, when I looked in I could see grime and other people's hair. However, we did have clean sheets! The surrounding area is fabulous, very safe and clean. When we checked in, there was no receptionist at all and when we checked out there was no receptionist. They just sent me a message on Expedia with all the codes to enter the facility. I found the bed to be very uncomfortable, it was lumpy and very squishy. The towers were clean, but small and thin.
