Nice facility with top flight restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was short lighting and a little dark. It might be helpful to up the game on room service. The food was delivered to the room in a bag. No table to eat the food on.

Check in at 4 we got there at 4:15 and was told the room wasn’t ready. We were downgraded in the room to get one. We were told breakfast would be comped for the inconvenience but that didn’t happen. The shower head was broken and spaying water everywhere. I’m sure it’s a great place but it didn’t blow us away the first stay. That being said if my son ends up going to university of Miami i would give them another chance. It’s right across the street from campus and probably the nicest place around.
