Terrible I should get my money back dirty floor

dirty floors inside room disgusting smell of smoke ..I requested non smoking they gave me a key that never open door was given another room... terrible experiece don't recommend it

The managet Ingrid made us feel like family,she and her staaf are really nice.the rooms are great.i'm looking forward to my next stay when the retaurant is done.

The hotel for the price was horrible,no microwave

Poor location, smoke filled room, no wifi

Needed a quick overnight hotel before flying out the next morning. This was the cheapest option rated 78% recommended it (Expedia). Location: Upon arrival it was obvious this hotel is in an industrial area. You will not find a restaraunt, bar, or any entertainment nearby this hotel. If you want a good meal, be ready for a long drive and most likely through some very bad parts of Miami (crime). Room: There was a pubic hair in the bathroom on the tub - otherwise the room seemed clean. The bathroom smelled like an old ash tray. An hour later, it was filled with cigarette smoke. Every hour it would refill with cigarette smoke. I am guessing the guest next to my room or below it would smoke in the bathroom so the smoke was getting into my bathroom through the vent. All night I could smell cigarettes and I am allergic to the smoke. I notified the front desk the next morning and the lady said "I will let the manager know". That was it. No Wifi - seriously, if you want internet - you have to get a cord from the front desk and plug it into your computer. If you have a tablet or newer laptop without an ethernet port, forget it - you will NOT have internet access. VERY disappointing. From the hotel you have a 1 hour drive to the airport due Miami morning traffic. I wish I had spent $50 and stayed in Miami closer to the airport. A restlness night in a smoke filled room with no internet or nearby amenities. I do not know who stays at this hotel and recommends it.

Nice hotel

The hotel room was confortable and had everything you might need to prepare a meal. The only thing I Was not too happy with was the fact that the hotel is located in an industrial area that does not look too safe at night. We stayed two nights and did not encounter problems, but it would have been good to know this prior to booking.

Room was quiet!

There was no road noise and we slept great! It was a little out of Miami, but the great night sleep was worth it.

Customer service made our stay amazing

Hotel is nice and accommodating. We stayed in the 3 bedroom after getting a free upgrade from the 2. At first we didn't need it but with such a large group in town for our cruise we actually ended up utilizing it. Very nice of them. Front desk staff was energetic and had a nice sense of humor. Truly looked like they enjoyed working there. Views from the room are not the best but that has to do with location and price. If you stay here make sure you bring some items to cook or heat up since they have almost a complete kotchen, along with kitchenware. The best part of our stay is when the hotel was able to call us a taxi within ten minutes after being stuck at the local mall. We tried calling ten different cab companies and apparently they do not service the area at all on Friday nights. But after two hours of relentless attempts, the hotel was able to call theirs over very quickly. Overall, I would stay here again just based on the customer service alone but if you need a couple rooms at a great price, this is the best in the area.

Hotel lacking amenities.

Hotel decor was nice and clean. One TV in the three bedroom suite and NO microwave. Shower head was faulty also.

Disappointed

The stay at this hotel was very disappointing. We were supposed to be in a smoke-free zone, however the entire floor reeked of smoke. Our toilette was broken, the bed was hard and made an awful amount of noise. I'd never consider staying there again, we actually checked out early.

LOCATION SUCKS

my experience at this hotel would have been splendid had it not been soooo many miles away from south beach . It also lied online about amenities there is no pool no fitness place. The rooms are great but the customer service sucked!!! There barely were cabs that wanted to come to the hotel. And the front desk person was on the phone handling personal business instead of checking me in the proper way.

Good for short term stop over

As we were going to a golf event in the area and hotels were already fully booked, the Expedia rep suggested this facility. It was in the industrial area and the restaurants were thin on the ground but we ate at Denny's two minutes up the road two nights and we had good food, the garaging was safe at the suites hotel and the rooms were large with facilities to eat in, either by cooking yourself or get a take in. The staff were helpful on arrival, the beds were comfortable but the fire doors at the end of the corridors were very noisy on self closing and the walls were thin enough to hear the television and the voices in the room next door.

An Amazing Stay

When I first saw the hotel online I was a little sceptical as there were no reviews for it. I called and spoke to a very nice lady over the phone and she let me know that they had only been open 7 months. I took a chance and book my room. I got a STEAL OF A DEAL. It was like staying in a one bedroom condo. When I first arrived I was greated by a quiet but nice young lady who had all my information ready to go. It was shift change time for the staff, but it was seamless. When I got to my room I was amazed at the layout!!! Full Kitchen with a range, toaster, coffee machine, dinning table for 2. The only thing it was missing was a microwave, but that was a quick fix. I went to see the girls down stairs and they brought one right up! We were only 6 miles from wonderful shopping and dinning. I will be back VERY SOON!
