My stay at this B&B was absolutely horrible. From the beginning, communication was dismissive and unhelpful. Any time I asked a question, I felt like I was being brushed off instead of assisted.
They advertised “daily housekeeping,” but that turned out to be completely misleading. They later claimed it was only a “fast cleaning” — but even that never happened. My floors were dirty for days, my trash was overflowing, and I was told to take it out myself. That is not housekeeping in any sense of the word.
To make matters worse, they would not provide basic necessities like toilet paper without making it an issue. When I requested an early checkout due to these problems, they refused to issue any kind of refund.
This was unprofessional, misleading, and extremely disappointing. Do not book here if you expect cleanliness, honesty, or basic hospitality.
