Great Deal! Lovely place

Very nice location. Apartment is nice... awesome view. Very close to the beach. Building has a supermarket inside. Very convenient. Really a great place to be and enjoy the view and the beach.

Me and my family loved it it was beautiful the apartment was beautiful nice and spacious my favorite part was the balcony and the heated pool and the building had a little grocery store on the first floor that have everything you need in there plus more. The people was so nice and polite and the communication was great anything I needed I got ASAP overall I will definitely come back to this place soon very soon great location close to the beach is walking distance great experience the only thing was parking was a little difficult but as my days went I got used to it great place great people overall 10/10

Good Time!

Had a great time staying at this property. Perfect location and really liked our condo. Building rules seems straight forward at first but would have appreciated some additional assistance in understanding parking for instance as one of the valet guys wasnt very kind but besides that overall a good time.

DO NOT STAY HERE, GUIlLERMO THE HOST IS BEYOND RUDE - DIRTY APARTMENT. This stay was a nightmare. Guillermo the host was beyond rude, totally dismissive of the several problems the condo has, he offers things that are not included and gets upset if you ask for them. He makes it very clear that he hates his job. The AC unit did not work, the floors were full of grease to the point that you fall when you walk, very dangerous for children or elderly. The bed sheets and towels were dirty and old with a foul smell. The mattresses smelled bad and had bed bugs!!!! The master bedroom door has a whole and does not close. PlEASE Do NOt stay here! I do not understand how expedia offers this place.

The apartment(805) location was GREAT because I was able to watch the sun rise every morning from the balcony! Now! WORST!! Upon arrival apartment was dirty we had to clean it dishes were dirty we had to clean them, kitchen bare bare barely stocked with supplies had to go buy some!! Front desk youngsters are there for their looks not their expertise! CU7 management company never there to work out our problems, management company never return calls and Expedia couldn't do any thing to help us!! BEWARE!!

Very nice customer service, pool area amazing, nice people. Apartment was nice but there are some major things needed.Shower walls were dirty like the bathroom was not cleaned properly with cleaning products stains were almost molded.Sofa needs to be replaced couldn’t seat on it unless I was willing for the peeling to be attached to my clothes. No heat in apartment. Even though it’s spring break getting ready for bed is hard when you can’t adjust temperature 😊

The cleaning ladies did the best they could with what they had to deal with. We had to use a bed sheet on the couch and on the sofa chair, it was so dirty. One of us slept in his clothes because the mattress had a bad smell. I will not recommend to stay there. We only stayed there because it was already paid and it could not be re-imbursed.

The property’s staff are very friendly. Everything in the apartment is clean and new. I loved the neighborhood and the view from the balcony. The apartment has furnitures and bed very comfortable. Definitely I’ll stay in this property for my vacation in Miami. The only thing I would like you to include is one more parking when renting an apartment for more than 4 people. Overall, I loved my staying at this property.

Tout ce qui est indiqué dans la description est vrai et est reellement inclus dans la chambre... Toutefois, les photos ne sont absolument pas représentatives de la chambre. L'immeuble doit dater des années 1980 et tout dans la chambre semble d'origine, de la peinture aux tapis murs à murs. La salle de bain principale était completement désuete et les murs couverts de moissisure. De plus, ne vous attendez pas aux services d'un hotel car il s'agit d'un condo... pas de nettoyage, pas de changement de serviettes, pas de savon. Prévoyer ammener votre papier de toilette, car une fois les deux rouleaux initialement dans la chambre terminés, vous enaurez pas d'autres. Trės décevant et définitivement pas un hotel quatre étoiles... Je ne comprends pas qu'Expédia puisse tolérer une fausse représentation pareile sur son site

It was a quick walk to the beach. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. Check in was a bit confusing. It was difficult communicating with staff. They did not speak English clearly. We were never given fobs for unlocking gates on property. The condo we rented did not match the pictures or description we looked at when we booked. Sent several emails to them that they never answered. Check out was listed as 11:00am but we were sent an email day before checkout where they told us 10:00. It was a decent place but not what we were expecting. Need to update photos on website to match the specific apartment. Only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 garbage bag, no hand soap, & no beach towels, which were listed that there would be 2.
