Great service, yummy food, comfortable and spacious room with a lovely porch and view. I did have to remind the front desk of my VIP adds from Expedia, so if you make your reservation on Expedia be sure to ask for your VIP perks when you check in.

I absolutely love this property. All the staff have good customer service. The room was very clean you can smell it as soon as you walk in the room. Definitely worth the money

The Kimpton EPIC is one of my most favorite places to stay! So very well placed within the Miami downtown area. The staff is so awesome, very helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate! Awesome views and the amenities were great. We had a small blip with the wifi, it dropped for quite a bit on the morning after we arrived. Other than that small inconvenience our stay was amazing! The hotel is walking distance from Whole Foods so that was a plus and it was an easy walk from the bustling night life and restaurants in Brickell. Worth the money, loved the experience! 9.5/10 would recommend!

Great room on the 24th floor with a nice balcony, hence a great place to take in the super view. I had a delicious dinner in Area 31 (and the “Meet me in Mexico” cocktail was outstanding!).

The lobby is nice and clean
The rooms were nice, but were not cleaned well. The hotel as a whole seemed very understaffed. The staff that was there, were not trained to supply the type of service you’d expect from a hotel like this.
Service at the pool was horrific - it was hard to get the attention of any of the servers and there weren’t enough of them to begin with. The pool chairs were cheap and uncomfortable and most of them were ripped or broken. The group I was with were lifting and carrying around pool chairs ourselves and having to walk up to the towel bar to get towels to sit on a chair. Not worth the price and not worthy of the star rating

Great staff, lovely location, healthy supermarket close by and if it’s good enough for a famous tennis player to stay at the hotel during the Miami open, it was certainly good enough for us. Great atmosphere by the pool. Would return again. Ideal for a family of four. Clean and comfortable, spacious room with balcony, thank you to the staff for upgrade.

I must admit I was worried about staying here again as when I stayed 6 years ago there was a huge issue with noise from rooms next door due to lack of sound proofing. However, this has either now been addressed with a renovation or perhaps I was lucky on the day I stayed. I appreciate the water station in the lobby, morning coffee and complementary wine etc hour early evening.

The staff was very smug the rooms itself are average rust was leaking from the shower light broke shower broke had to beg for housekeeping but hotel was very busy probably all the false hype from tiktok and Guy was nicely rude just to put it!! Unless you looked a certain way, the guests was the best alot of weddings and events going on valet could use help

There are additional fees for every day stay. There is a $300 deposit. Still waiting for the refund. They offer coupon that won’t be accepted when trying to redeem. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
