It was my 4th time staying at East Miami hotel.
However, it was the best experience at checkin because of Eugene.
He was the most helpful person.

Thank you for your being our guest. We appreciate your visit and rating. We do have built in microwaves in all our Residence Suites room type, along with further kitchen appliances. We do not provide microwaves in hotel rooms, so we can keep the rates lower for guests who would rather not rent a full suite, at a competitive price point.

It was ok. But after having stayed at East many times it does seem that service has declined s bit...and more things in the rooms do not work well.

The staff was great especially front desk. I had to wait two hours for my room to be cleaned but I was upgraded so that was nice. Valet took a long time to bring our car. The room service was quick but the burger meat was a bit undercooked. But overall I’ll be happy to come back because of how spectacular the rooms are. Very luxurious and beautiful. Thank you to everyone involved.

Service was mediocre. A lot of little conveniences as far as service within the hotel. Property was very nice though.
