Of all my travel experiences, this has been the most disappointing. I want to clarify that the issue was not with the room itself, but with the service provided by Boutique Apartments, the company managing the property. After completing my reservation and payment, I was asked to provide a security deposit, which I agreed to. However, the platform they use, called Charge Automation, experienced a technical issue that prevented the deposit from being processed. When I contacted Boutique Apartments to resolve the problem, their response was unhelpful. They insisted that the matter was not their responsibility and refused to offer any alternative or assistance, even after I provided proof and attempted to use several payment methods. Their staff showed little empathy, and I was left without access to the room despite having completed all identity verifications through the hotel. I ultimately had to contact Charge Automation directly to explain the situation, and only then was the issue resolved after many hours of delay. This experience was frustrating and time-consuming. I’m sharing this review so that other travelers are aware and can avoid similar situations due to system or communication failures.
