Room was great, very clean and plenty of room. Pool was on the roof and a great vibe. Unfortunately, to no fault of the property, all the buildings around it are being built aka under construction but did not keep us awake. Gym is also a huge pro on the 33rd floor

Amazing property, great little apartment right in the middle of downtown Miami. Only 2 bad things to say about the apartment 1-little mosquitoes coming out of the sink garbage disposal and that there is NO type of rack or shelves inside the shower to put your shower products.

Our stay was disappointing, primarily because of the lack of communication regarding an important advertised amenity and the lack of basic supplies during our stay. One of the main reasons we chose this property was because it advertised a rooftop pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for construction during our entire stay. We completely understand that building construction may be outside of the host’s control, but the issue was that we were not notified about the closure before our stay. If we had known the pool would be unavailable, we could have made a more informed decision about whether this property was worth booking. After reaching out to the host about the situation, we were told that the $40 daily resort fee had been waived because the pool was unavailable. While we appreciate that the fee was waived, that does not change the fact that we booked the property expecting access to an advertised amenity and were not informed beforehand that it would be closed for our entire stay. We also ran out of several basic supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, and towels, and had to purchase additional supplies ourselves. We were not aware when booking or checking in that we would be responsible for purchasing additional basic necessities during our stay. If that is the property’s policy for longer stays, it should be clearly communicated to guests.
