Car got towed because parking in front of th e building is residential paking only. Couldnt even take a shower because the was infested with worms even after been cleaned. They just kept showing up.

This place was a perfect stay. I had a little trouble checking into the apartment but overall it was a great experience. Plenty of space in both bedrooms and the living area. Everything worked except the front room TV. I would definitely book here again. The only problem is parking. 1 parking permit should be provided to anyone who pays to stay here. I saw a tenant car get towed due to not having a permit at the same spot I previously parked at. If a parking permit isn't going to be provided you should provide accurate parking options and directions for your paid guest. Overall Good Experience

The entire experience from the start to the end was terrible. Poor communication with check in details as well as any form of communication with the property. Also, the parking not communicated so have to pay $700 to get my car towed because it was not communicated well. Also management, or what we were told was management with the cleaning services women were very rude and we were not able to communicate that we needed to stay and we’re forced out after being told that we were able to stay longer. I do not recommend and I am extremely dissatisfied , and disappointed in my stay.

BEWARE. I was really hoping to enjoy our stay but this property missed a few marks and i will NOT be returning. First off it is in a reserved residential area so prepare to pay hour by hour parking at a meter, which we were not prepared for. There is a wet/moldy smell in the entire unit and there were spiders everywhere. The hosts were completely unresponsive so you will not hear or be connected with them. The remotes to TVs did not work so we could not use any of the entertainment. The pillows were slighty dirty and dusty and their iron is terrible. The area however is not too bad and although we had to park away from the building a couple blocks, i was happy to know our car was safe. Will NOT be booking here again.
