I booked a double room at the hotel, when I got there around 930pm they gave me a single bed, I showed the front desk a detailed email that I paid for a double bed but they were closing at 10pm and there not 24/7 so they said I had to wait till the morning, I have a family of 3 and they gave us a full size bed, me and the wife could have fit but definitely not my toddler.
The front desk spoke to his manager and I called Expedia the manager couldn’t do much it was to late, he said I had to wait for him to be in the morning to review.
Bottom line they didn’t honor the deal I paid for it said double bed in my email and they gave a room with a single bed
