We had booked a four bedroom apartment but when we got there to check in; there was only two bedrooms and three beds. We had seven people. Before finalizing the reservation we checked on three different phones that there was four bedrooms. We made it work, however I feel we paid the price for a four bedroom. Last year we had two, two bedroom apartments at about the same price.

very dissapointed after a long trip i was welcomed to a dirty room that was not cleaned from people before! this was after 4pm check in, i had to wait almost 2 hours for them to clean it up ! on my third day there about 2pm i went to my apartment and found the maintenance guy there !! no one was ordered to my room as per me and front desk ! I was in such shock i still have trauma !!!! He gave me some lame excuse why he was there! this was supposed to be a private apartment! I hope expedia will deal with this and refund me or else i will take more action! this is besides regular service which is terrible no eating outside by pool ....or in area....there was a wedding there and we were not allowed to use facilities outside from 4pm they threw us out like dogs!!!! This place really ruined my once a year break!!!!

Hotel front desk friendly.
Only complaint only 1 elevator operating. But you can take the service elevator.
To operate the elevator you need to use uour wristband and can only go to your floor on lobby. Jowever if ypu need a different floor as well ask the front desk to add thst floor to your wristband

The bathroom door lock was not working , one of the bed rooms door handle was loose, we stayed 4 nights there but no room service , no one even came to change the bed sheets .

Die Wohnung war hell und geräumig. Leider war neben der Wohnung eine große Baustelle mit viel Lärm. Die Küchenausstattung war nicht gut und es hatte auch keinen Geschirrspüler, ebenso keinerlei Utensilien zum Abspülen. In all unseren anderen Unterkünften war dies vorhanden.

They gave us a different room because the original room has a plumbing problem. The new room had plumbing problems as well… after my kids used the bathtub I tried emptying it and water got all over the floor because there’s a leak. The dishwasher was full of water and the AC didn’t work well. It was very hot. They lack big time on maintenance. The pool was completely full, way over capacity, and the drinks overpriced: $50 for a big pina colada and $27 for a small one!

Disaster
The room they gave us was horrible. The ac leaked constantly, the furniture had paint marks, some walls and baseboards were scuffed, master bathroom door did not close, no closet space in master bedroom, the room was in desperate need of upkeep. Spoke with hotels.com representatives various times and nothing was done, the front was asking for an additional $200 to move to another room.

The Hotel is well located, good service in general, mostly reception with Ms Sosa. The Valet parking provides a great attendance. The pool area also is in great condition and well balanced of the cocktails...
But it has lack of offers for eating. At The beach even when you can see a lots of seats unused, the people in charge only gives for free two per room no matter the amount of clients. You need more you Most Pay it, the umbrellas $15 each or take a sun's bath...
