We at citizenM believe that useful perks like XL beds, massive windows for city views, and in room technology are so much cooler than having a ton of extra space but we understand that this is not everyone's preference. Sadly the mattress was rendered unusable and we needed to take action in accordance with our booking terms and conditions. Safe travels!
