"Terrible Stay I Don’t Recommend For Anybody"

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY! the homeless run in an out of the property all day and all night, rooms smell like they’ve been getting smoked in since the 1500s, trash all over the parking lot, stained amenities, overall was a HORRIBLE experience. Lucky I have friends and family who live in Houston so I didn’t NEED to stay there! Very disappointed. If I could leave negative stars I would"

"Lots of broken items in our room. One elevator was broken as was the equipment in the fitness center. Staff was helpful. None of the issues were their fault but it didn’t meet our expectations. We checked out early."

"This property has maintenance issues. That was apparent from the moment we arrived. One of the two elevators had a misleading handwritten sign stating the elevator was out of service and that "the tech is on the way". The sign was up the entire time and there was only one (very slow) elevator. The TV didn't work in our room. Another guest in a room nearby apologized in advance if he makes a lot of noise slamming his door. He said it didn't shut properly otherwise. There were also multiple lights...

"I went from paying cash to reserving the room through a third party, and then cash again, I'm still waiting on all my deposit reimbursement. It took over 5 days and a few phone calls to resolve this. The owner was very helpful and I would recommend a stay here, it's quiet an clean"

"Very welcoming staff, each person was nicer than the last. That was a big plus for me. The property and breakfast was average. Although the cleanliness was top notch. I will stay again and recommend."

"The hotel was nice overall my only issue was that we saw a baby roach crawling on the curtain our first night but other than that it’s very clean and we didn’t see any other bugs after that. The breakfast is pretty good and I like that we can get clean towels everyday."

"Roaches. Just roaches. I thought it was going to be nice because i read the reviews and they were fine. There was a roach on the restroom , one on the bed when trying to sleep & bed bugs. Just nasty."

"The front office staff is very kind, in exception of one new guy who was obviously new, but the staff is nice. The property needs an upgrade. The price is way too high to not take pride in the property and keep the furniture looking new at least by painting it. It is in a nice area with shops nearby. Keep the pool clean & update that outside furniture! I am a repeat customer & I will be back. I just hope the executives will spend the money to restore and update this place!"

"Property was under construction. Was not mention when booked. Elevators didnt work and we were place on the 4th floor with a handicapped person in our party. Definitely not ADA compiant. Construction was going on in the next room over. Construction materials covered alot of the parking lot so could not park close to building."

"We would not recommend at this state if your on vacation. Maybe for business it would be ok. The staff was very friendly. On more than one occasion we didn’t have hot water and in one room the toilet didn’t flush and the AC did not work. Hotel needs an upgrade. Pool was closed. The surroundings of the hotel also looked desolate. Empty restaurants etc and poor landscaping. The landscaping of the hotel was ok."
