The apartment was wonderful. The patio overlooking the park was so nice. It was in a great area with so much food and shopping. We were able to get around the city so easily.

This space was beyond beautiful! I’m amazed on how Mexico has preserved colonial architecture. I particularly love the spacious outside patio for our morning coffee and just taking in of fresh air. The French doors to the bedroom open right into the patio and it was a delight to experience. This space also has a back patio that is just so gorgeous! The hosts were very accommodating and extremely communicative at all our needs. This little gem of space is definitely one I would come back to.

Lovely Apartment

Spacious and bright apartment on third/top floor, large and beautiful patio, comfortable bed. The kitchenette is small, in a closet sized/narrow space, so can't do much other than store food, make coffee and toast or a sandwich. There is a portable electric stove/burners, just not much counter space. It would be great if there was a small microwave to warm up leftovers! WiFi worked great! Small elevator and small spiral staircase in the back. Shampoo, conditioner, body/hand wash and lotion provided, as well as coffee and sugar. Washer and dryer handy so you can pack light. Great neighborhood, park/plaza with fountain across the street, tons of restaurants. Management helped book museum tickets and COVID test prior to departure back to the States, brought over an extra fan, etc. The door number pad to punch in code to get into the building was sometimes a little fussy, but I was never stranded. Management easy to get a hold of. Uber was a great and inexpensive way to get around and the metro is super cheap. I was told to avoid the bus. My suggestion is to book a walking/market tour/guide early in your trip to get some good information. My friend and I had a great time in Mexico City! I will be back!

Perfect Location

The apartment was clean and decorated beautifully - exactly like the photos. The bed was super comfortable, access was easy and great communication from the host. The location was perfect - close to all of the restaurants and bars in Roma while still being quiet at night. Our favourite thing was enjoying pastries and coffees from nearby Panadería Rosetta on the gorgeous terrace. Great value accommodation especially for the area!

We had a great time here while in Mexico City. Apartment was amazing and comfortable. Check in communication could be better. When traveling internationally it would be nice to hear from host 24 hrs ahead of time to arrange check in time. Overall great stay.

a spectacular retreat in heart of roma norte

the experience was awesome from beginning to end. the apartment was impeccable that sometimes, we felt like staying in instead of going out. frida was great with meeting us on-site and maintaining nearly daily text communications. amada did a super job of keeping the place clean (as service was every other day). we enjoyed the terrace so much. and the super compact kitchen hidden behind a bookcase was a surprise. very short walking distance to great cafes and restaurants. and we enjoyed seeing so many dogs at the park in front of the apartment. highly recommended!

Outstanding property; bad third-party management

OutstAnding property and location. Terrible third-party guest management company. Worst communication and customer service in this regard I’ve ever experienced. Showed up over an hour late to our scheduled meeting for keys and welcome, and with a bad attitude as well. Once you get last that, the home is stunningly beautiful and it’s location and views can’t be beat.
