I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a great location and there are some great dining options within walking distance nearby. The staff was really helpful and I recommend this hotel for solo travellers.

great hotel and great location. Staff was great, welcomed us and helped us with all of our bags as soon we got there. Very clean and quite hotel I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. Good neighborhood As well, lots of places to go eat around the corner.

Almost a great place to stay

This is an interesting hotel, I’ve stayed there quite a few times and nothing changes. The building is beautiful and the hotel and rooms are as nice as any 4 or 5 star hotel in CDMX. So why does nobody stay here ? I can only think it’s because the ambiance is austere, it’s just not a happy place. The ground floor has a restaurant, never open, a shop, never open and a great coffee bar, never open. When you check in they make you sign a 3 page official document with the rules and regulation ! The restaurant on the roof is really nice, too bad the food doesn’t match. I was there twice and was only 1 other person both times. The location is ok but not great since it’s on a 1 way street and it quite a way to get onto it, if you’re coming from the opposite direction. All in all it’s a beautiful hotel with very large, nice rooms but it’s not a happy place to stay.

Part time front desk

This was my second time staying at this property. I like its style and comfort and above all I love the location. The complaint I have was that its front desk is only staffed part time. I'm not sure if it's Low season but the hotel was deserted. Other than the Porter there were days I didn't see another soul. I had an issue with the tablet that comes with every room. It helps you control TV, lights, fan, etc. It stopped working and I couldn't get fan to work. But there was no one at front desk to help me. The room was hot because there's no central air conditioning. There is a cooling unit that does a decent job cooling the room but it's not central air. Tip: if you arrive really late or need to check out very early call ahead so you don't end up without someone at the front desk. The property is closed doors at night but just knock and the Porter will let you in. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again so long as they have sales. Regular price is a bit high.

La habitación es bastante grande, excelente la mezcla de una salita con su cama aparte. En amenidades me parece q hacen falta, la marca Pineda Covalin resalta pero deja claro que está limitado. El servicio a la habitación es bueno, la situación es que termina a las 10, considero q dado el nivel del lugar un servicio 24 horas estaría de lo mejor, por otro lado sus gadgets de la habitación están cool pero sin carga es difícil maniobrarlos,

Es una buena opción considerando la cercanía a puntos de interés de la Ciudad de México(museos principales, centro de la ciudad y avenida reforma, insurgentes) la propiedad promete mucho, el nivel que se siente es alto sin embargo su atención es limitada, entiendo es un tema de reapertura post pandemia, recomiendo ampliamente su estancia.

Charged for 3 person but didn’t prep room for 3 (glasses, towels, coffee, water, coffee pods and cups…). Never cleaned the floor in living room. Had to leave a note to request clean glasses after asking twice I’m person. Beds were smaller than described. Welcoming letterhead said Deluxe suite w hen I booked Executive suite… I could go on. Concierge was very friendly and Shay’s willing to assist.

Definitivamente es un lugar excelente, reúne elementos de seguridad, tranquilidad, exclusividad y lujo en un entorno de confort súper agradable, el punto negativo y es relativo es el servicio a la habitación, está limitado hasta las 9:30 pm (quizá coincidió con la baja ocupación) su carta es limitada pero es rica al menos la hamburguesa q probé fue excelente, su gente es de tratado coordínalo y servicial . Claro q regresaría !

Check in was complex. was asked to sign a three page contract in Spanish. Check ou was not good either. I had to insist to receive proof that i was being reimbursed for the deposit and to be given a proper invoice.

The hotel was overall fine but the air conditioning unit is loud and don’t forget to bring a toothbrush or they will charge you for it. The concierge should clarify the cost before sending to room as I’ve never been charged for a toothbrush in any hotel I have stayed. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. Probably won’t return as there are so many other places to stay in Mexico City. The location is great .

El hotel tiene muchas cualidades modernas: iluminación, control inteligente, espacios grandes etc…carece de entretenimiento en la TV, solo televisión normal, mi principal problema es que no quisieron facturar mi estancia por haber agendado en expedia, entre la persona de la tarde y de la mañana de recepción no se ponían de acuerdo en esta situación y al final no lo hicieron, mande un email a la recepción con el recibo de expedía y jamas me contestaron…pesimol servicio al cliente si hay algún evento privado, prepárate para un volumen muy alto de música que no te dejara descansar.
