Overall the staff was nice. Parts of the hotel seemed outdated or lacked maintenance like the water features in the courtyard. Apparently all the mini fridges have been removed which left me to rely on an ice bucket to store my medicine.

Great value. Very helpful staff and check in. Included in our stay was the valet parking (very quick and efficient - much appreciated). Our room was vast - thanks to our Expedia upgrade - thank you Expedia! A very good breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Great stay — clean, well-located, and excellent value for the price: I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how well it delivered on the basics that actually matter. The room was clean and well-maintained. Surfaces were wiped down, the bathroom was spotless, and the linens and towels felt fresh. The location was a real plus since my activities were in the south of the city. It was convenient for getting around, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Being close to what I needed without having to fight traffic or pay extra for rides made a noticeable difference. What stood out most was the value. For the low price, the combination of a clean room and solid location was hard to beat. It felt like I got more than I paid for, which isn’t always the case with many hotels. Would happily stay again if I’m looking for something straightforward, clean, and reasonably priced in a good spot.

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Staff & service
In the check Inn the person who gave us our room key told dos that a room was 6110 Actually, he wrote it on the envelope, we went to the elevator, and the building has only five floors so we had to go back to the front desk and ask the directions to get two room 6110 and someone else told us that they didn’t have that room number. Sorry it was a mistake.
