Very nice and centralized hotel. Rooms are very clean and lobby too. Breakfast ok, they need to learn how to make scrambled eggs that are not dry. Practice makes perfect! Chef HMorales

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
When ever in Mexico City, I've Always stayed here due to the cleanliness, location. My experience this time No hot water and they had tried fixing with no success. The breakfast: they need more experience in making scramble eggs for a buffet set-up. Over all review for the hotel is good but not the quality of hot water and food.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The staff was courteous and room very clean, but I tried to use the hair dryer (which btw I was very grateful for) but it was greasy and looked like it had never been cleaned.
Breakfast was outstanding - the best
The room was always cleaned. And very nice people. The only thing for me was the room key. The room key was needed to move around the elevator. Sometimes the key didn’t work. The key overall was a hassle to deal with at times.
Rooms are clean and staff does a great job in cleaning room and bathroom. The lobby ok, the staff is good. Location near most of the historic buildings and sites. Great MetroBus transportation.
The Hotel One Ciudad de Mexico Alameda is perfectly located, walking distance from the Palacio de Bellas Artes and the Zocalo. My room was smaller than I expected but it was cleaned every day. Bathroom was also small but it was cleaned on a daily basis. Breakfast was included but it was very basic and after two days it became 'boring'. Staff was OK.
