We had a wonderful stay at this ULIV. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they truly made us feel taken care of from the moment we arrived. Everyone was always willing to help with anything we needed, and the service was outstanding throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable — perfect for getting around and enjoying everything the area has to offer. Everything about our experience was excellent, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this ULIV.

The place was very clean, the location is perfect, it’s completely secure and safe. It’s the first time we go to Mexico City and Kristopher was in charge that the place was excellent and we without a doubt will come back. Normally there’s a bit of traffic noises but it didn’t bother us at all and in any major city this sound is normal. I think it has one of the best views of the buildings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very enjoyable

In town for business, 2 women. The area, while a bit busy on one street, it is nicely located close to stores, groceries, restaurants and pharmacy. We felt safe all around. The property manager was super friendly and helpful. Trustworthy. I usually stay at traditional hotels, but ULIV was a nice surprise. The gym was well equipped, the pool looked really nice (although I didnt use it). The terrace was really nice and worth a visit to enjoy the view and breeze.

The location is superb, 15 min walking distance to everything you need or want. The amenities are as you’d expect of such building however if feels as if you were always bothering the staff (who are part of the building not the company hosting you). The apartment has good taste but is veryvery small, some doors don’t even open entirely. The lack of interest in providing the basic needs such as one toilet paper for two bathrooms, one trash bag for a 9 night stay, no cooking tools. The last day the cleaning service enter our apt at 9:50 scaring my daughters saying they were sent by the security staff to scort us out was just another example of the lack of interest for them to not even make you feel welcome but just to leave you be.

On expedia website- it indicates that there is limited housekeeping, but that is misleading. You get 1 clean for every 7 days that you stay there. Since we only had a 6 night stay- we did not get any housekeeping. Also, the water heater did not work for a couple of days. But they did come and fix it once we reported it.

We’ve stayed with ULIV Properties every time we visit Mexico City, and generally, our experiences have been positive. However, this stay was less than ideal. We chose this particular location due to its proximity to the embassy. Upon arrival, the security staff didn’t recognize us, and our name was not on the list, which caused a 30-minute delay before realizing we were ULIV guests and calling someone to assist. When we finally got to our room, it was on the first floor and didn’t have the windows as shown in the pictures, which felt misleading. We asked to see if another room was available, and although someone said they would check, they disappeared and never followed up. The overall experience was just okay, but definitely not up to the standard of other ULIV properties we’ve stayed in. There were also signs of wear and tear, including mold in the bathroom walls, which was disappointing. ULIV, we know you can do better with this location. Thanks

Property is well decorated and equipped. However, water heating was bad. At nights, it was impossible to get warm/hot water, it's like the machine decided to broke specifically after 8pm. During the mornings I had shots of warm/hot water, after a few minutes, goes back to cold. Also I've been asking for more than 2 weeks for my invoice and they don't reply email, only whatsapp and the community management is not responsible of such area so there is no response from them. Overall it's an ok choice of rental, however all good experience during the stay was forgotten once the terrible after sales service of invoicing. Watch out, they don't share accountability.
