It is nicely located, a block away from alameda, and short walk to Bellas Artes, a lot of nice restaurants around the area. Also very close to reforma, easy to take tansport, either bus or metro.

Exigence d'un carnet de vaccination (aucun autre hôtel me le.demande) dépôt de 1000 pesos pour le chien remboursable si pas de dommage. Et 350 pesos par soir pour le chien en frais supplémentaire. The room smelled like chemical air freshener- and the windows do not open. The bathroom was mouldy. The front desk staff were mostly indifferent/unfriendly. The breakfast buffet seemed only to serve cold food no matter what time we went- cold eggs, nothing was labelled, so for people with dietary restrictions- good luck. The hotel needs a renovation and the staff need customer service training. We would return to Mexico City, but we would never return to the ibis hotel. It did not even have a kettle in the room, no water was provided, and you get one towel per person, per day- not even a hand towel. No amenities.. overall, very disappointed.

The manager had a miscommunication with his staff and thought I was staying there without paying. He called my room at threatened to call the "policia." I had no clue what I had done wrong. When I came downstairs, he realized he had made a mistake when he staff wouldn't deny nor accept the mixup - he then made me leave the hotel and threatened to call the police again if I didn't

Room was not very clean. Air conditioner didn’t work in the room, requested a fan and the fan was broken. I asked to be switched to another room and they said that i had to wait until the next day. But after arguing with them they moved me to another room. Some of the staff was courteous but not all. The receptionist at check in, was on her phone texting while doing my check in. The breakfast buffet was not good at all, limited selection and taste was not good.
