"The hotel is in a convenience place but its getting old"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is well-maintained and very clean, and the restaurants were enjoyable. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. On our first night, my daughter wasn’t feeling well and unfortunately got sick in the bed. We had to request help to change the sheets, and the staff responded quickly and kindly. We really appreciated how understanding and helpful they were during that situation. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we would definitely stay here again."

"I love my stay at the Zokalo. I plan on staying there next time. I’m in Mexico City. The location was excellent. It’s a lot of things that is walking distance and the staff was more friendly."

"An architectural gem form the 60’s that unfortunately has suffered years of bad restoration and repairs. The lobby feels more like a subway station. The beautiful knoll furniture that they had in bars and rooms has disappeared and replaced by cheap copies. A total shame but the building is still amazing!"

"Nice room. Comfortable beds. Shower had plenty of hot water. Issue was shower always leaked and we had water on floor…lots. Tried adjusting curtain but couldn’t avoid. Sink slow to drain."
