"great location, well upkept property and all staff was courteous and helpful. bath towels are pretty worn out, old and very rough, time to replace them with new ones. Pillows are also worn down once laying your head on them they go completely flat."

"The location is ideal for walking around Centro. Lots of museums and other sites within 15 minutes walk. Our room was a junior suite. Very roomy and came with a concierge Victor. He was amazing. He looked after every detail for us. Breakfast was included and it wasn’t just buns and toast. There were many selections available. Hot and cold. There is also a cafe open 24 hours right next to the lobby. Everything there was complimentary with the exception of alcoholic drinks. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. We would not hesitate to stay there again. "
