The room is decent for the price, staff are friendly and helpful. There is no air conditioning at the WTC location. The fitness room is poorly equipped and dirty and dusty. I have never seen anyone cleaning it, not weights, only one of the three cardio machines was functional, the Wi-Fi connection was pretty weak, then it was constantly disconnecting from our devices as well as from the smart tv located in the bedroom. The units lack in cleaning, the floor was always so dirty regardless of the maids’ efforts. There were crumbles of food under the sofa. Also, the utensils given for the kitchen are low in quality and not enough to cook. Great location though. However, the windows are not noise-cancelling, the windows locks are all broken. I had to wear some earplugs for sleep.

The suites are spacious and fully equipped. Very comfortable and beautifully kept. The bed was so comfortable! It is close to everything with a shopping centre across the street. I highly recommend!

It is a perfect small Appartment with functioning kitchen. Easy for people with dietary restrictions. There is a grocery store across the street. Located on a quiet street within walking distance of World Trade Center

We stayed here for 10 days and it was exactly what we wanted. The room was spacious, and the kitchen had all the things we needed like a corkscrew, wine glasses, pans etc. There is a large grocery store right across the street. When there is a concert at the WTC it can be loud at night, but otherwise it is quiet. Excellent dining options within walking distance.

We arrived and had no towels, no bottled water, no soap, no tv , not what was described on site . Terrible shower head, difficult to shower , water splashing all over . Did not enjoy the room o e bit. Also very hot in the room, suffocating .
