We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Tonnala Kukun! The priperty is beautiful, clean, has lots of space and in a greaf location. It is in Roma Norte which is walking distance to fabulous places to eat and shop. What made our stay extra special is Luis and the wonderful staff! They are very attentive and helpful. We will definitely return.

Great location and comfortable stay.

A comfortable stay in a studio apartment in the heart of Roma Norte. Really convenient location - being easy to get to the key sites, bars, cafes and restaurants. Room was a really good size, with kitchen amenities, sofa and all the standard extras. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the room however, with a dusty floor, and musky smell which may have been coming from the air conditioning unit. The room was not cleaned once during my stay or any of the towels replenished. I stayed for 5 nights.

Nice 2 bdrm condo, nice lobby & staff, good location. But check in delayed by hour, apt. not ready. Filtered water faucet broken, but they did give us bottled to replace. They did communicate with us and respond to our requests.

**The best 4ever!!!** I really liked it, everything was just perfect! The place was super clean, the bed was super comfy, and they didn’t miss a single detail. The location was great too, with everything close by. The host was really friendly and made sure we were set for the whole stay. Honestly, no complaints – I’d definitely stay here again! Btw, exceeded all my expectations, and I’d come back in a heartbeat! :)

Would not stay here again, even if free.

Everything was a miss except for the location: the property is in an awful state (our bathroom had chipping paint all over, rusty shower heads and handles, outdated furniture), and nothing worked. Water heater wasn't on, safe box didn't work, entry code was wrong. The whole thing was a mess. I would not stay with this management company. Also - difficult to comunicate with them, they are in whatsapp but their agents are not very sharp.

The property was great since it was close to so many places. The management was very responsive except for the last day when all three of our rooms had our water supply shut off. Luckily we had bottled water to clean ourselves with. Overall the place is clean, accessible and safe. The last day when we left very early in the morning, the security guard stayed watch til we left to make sure we felt safe (since it was very early, no one was out).

The property looked just like the photos and was fully equipped. It was close to a lot of great restaurants, bike and bus stations. You need to be let in every time by the security so I felt very safe. However, my room was on the first floor and very close to the front desk/security so I could hear everything when they talked. The room didn't have good noise filter so I was woken up multiple times on multiple nights, which very extremely annoying.

This property is in a great location , close to restaurants and nightlife. However based on the rest of my experience I would not reccomend. #1 this place does not have any AC , they should make that more clear. To be fair the rooms on low floors / not facing the sun do get cooler . However I was in the “ luxury penthouse “ that faces the sun for sunset and sunrise - while it was 80 degrees in Mexico. I could not breathe . #2 no staff on site except security which is appreciated- but you can’t ask them any questions etc.

Smells like sewage and stole property

The plumbing system must have been done incorrectly as the bathroom smelled like sewage most of the time, and when someone flushed a toilet in the building we could hear the water flow under our shower. In addition, I left a pair of jeans and a dress in the room by accident and when I had a friend stop by a few hours later they said they had the clothes, but they had been moved to a warehouse. They weren’t able to get them back to the hotel in the next couple of days so that my friend could pick them up, and then they were unable to work with me to ship them to me.
