We had a lovely stay at Casa Cibeles, it was in a great area, a good grocery market near by. Staff were great attending our needs. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. We are going to stay again there one more night before we go home.

The welcome gift if such a beautiful thoughtful surprise. The place is very clean. We had a wonderful stay. The only thing removing a star was the bad smell that came from the bathroom shower drain. We covered it after showering and it did help, but if not covered the smell is pretty strong and unpleasant.

Casa Cibeles was the perfect place for our seven night stay in Mexico City! Great location, and the 24-hour concierge was friendly and very helpful. Clean, comfortable (but firm) beds, beautiful rooftop view, air conditioned and free laundry! So glad we found this property.

My friend and I absolutely loved our stay here!! Great neighborhood and safe location. The staff was extremely helpful and helped us book experiences and transportation during our stay. No hot water in the building!!! Every day, we had to ask, where is the hot water? Weird behavior with towels. They kept want to charge us towel replacement if there was dirt on the towels. So so annoying.

Casa Cibeles is a beautiful, modern property in the Roma Norte area of Mexico City. It’s centrally located to many restaurants, a grocery store, shops, sights, with easy access to transportation. The property is clean, well-kept, and has many amenities and supplies that made my stay very comfortable. The management and staff were very friendly, accommodating, communicative and spoke English fluently. The only thing to be aware of for families or those with auditory sensitivities is that there is a nearby nightclub neighbor and depending on the night and the location of your room you may hear music until they close around 1-2am. I highly enjoyed my stay and will return in the future.
