The place was clean and had a very nice view of the city. Close to many stores and major tourist attractions. There were a couple of issues such as not being allowed to check in passed 10:30 PM. (They made an exception and allowed me to get there a bit late). Also, the light went out for a whole day, meaning there was no power for more than 24hrs in the unit. Overall it was a great stay. They have someone at the front desk 24/7.

No deben poner esta habitación como de 5 estrellas. El papel de baño, toallas y las mini botellas de agua son demasiado básicas. Si le invierten un poco más hace una gran diferencia. Entra mucha luz por la noche, hay mucho ruido, y el último día se fue el agua de la regadera y mi esposa no se pudo bañar. Puse un correo X q en recepción me dijo que contactáramos a nuestro anfitrión pero no tuve respuesta. El personal de recepción y portero son MUY amables. Lo recomendaría solo si la ubicación es muy importante par quien se hospeda. They shouldn't advertise as a five star listing. The toilet paper, body towels and the mini water bottles are too low quality. If the would to invest a little more, it would make a big difference. My wife couldn't take a shower the last morning since there was no water in the shower. The front desk told me I should contact my host. I emailed with no answer, even though I got a lot of emails prior offering help with any inconvenience. It is a very noisy area and the curtains don't keep the light out. The personnel is very kind and nice; front desk and door man. I would recommend only if the location is very important to the guest.
