"Parking felt secured. The front staff was ok. However nobody at the bar had a corkscrew. I didn't feel safe after the barman told me to bring my bottles down and that he could open them without a few."

"Dated property, but not bad for a weekend getaway. The property has a pool, although usually weather is never warm enough, and a casino for after hours fun. There is a buffet and bar but nothing to rave about nor cheap prices. The rooms themselves could use some updating, but better than other TJ properties."

"Could be a beautiful resort however the food is slightly better than ok. Friendly pool staff however most others were slightly better than non-existent. Two huge fights broke out between fully grown men, including their wives, and almost no staff were present to deal with it. The fights were clearly a result of severe intoxication and over serving. It’s lucky no one got seriously hurt. This occurred within an hour of showing up at the resort. Not only did no one stop these, on the first occasion, the staff let the severely intoxicated man back into the swim up bar pool to continue drinking and partying. It took my wife and I two days to overcome what had occurred and to try to enjoy the remainder of our holiday. We spent a lot of money on this resort and were not impressed. Had our towels and my wife’s sunglasses stolen also within the first two hours during the first brawl. My wife asked the front desk staff why they would let the man continue drinking and back into the pool, she was told that people pay money to be there and they ca basically do whatever they want."

"The outside areas and pools are very nice and well maintained, which was definitely a positive part of the stay. However, the rooms are very old and in need of updating. The beds were also quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. While the property has great outdoor amenities, the guest rooms did not meet my expectations and could benefit from significant improvements"

"The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The Hotel is very beautiful, Great amenities with the beach being just 2 feet away and restaurant on site. I really love it! The only issues we had was at our initial check in at the front desk. We were told that the AC unit for the room we booked was not working and offered to put us in another hotel at another location. At that time we were not willing to go to another location."
