Check-in ends at 9 p.m., and keys must be picked up from a separate location, which is quite inconvenient for travelers arriving later in the evening. Lisa was available and super helpful, responsive to our questions. I wish we could have stayed longer, but it was a very comfortable spot to spend one night before a long day of traveling back to the States. "

"Reserved parking in a gated facility was great! Parked across from the building to complete the self check-in to get the room key card to open the garage door. Room was super clean and well-maintained. There was a little traffic during the rush hours to get to and/or leave this area."
