Forgot his name but it was night when we went. Convenient walk to Newport world mall and a lot of dining options. Just the restroom blind needs some updating"

"The room was clean and they consistently replenished the minibar items like water and coffee. We really liked the hotel pool, and the breakfast was good. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that outside food isn’t allowed. My son is a picky eater, so we had to buy food from outside, but bringing it into the hotel wasn’t permitted. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the food policy was a challenge for us."

Bell boy was very friendly and quick in response, and offered to help deliver my luggage to the room even though it is just a small cabin baggage and there’s still many guest around.
