"In general, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The trip was in the beginning of April so really it was between seasons. The staff was very friendly and attentive. "I booked a stay just for 1 night and confirmed everything. Got the receipt, cabin number, door code. Etc, early the day of the check in. Drove up there to find out that they double booked our stay and could not accommodate us. We drove 2 hours with 2 babies with us to find out that we can’t stay to a cabin that we wanted. I still appreciated the offers of atleast getting us alternative stay to their property or other properties, but it’s just really inconvenient and waste of time not having what...

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner made loud, weird noises all night and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The shower was very dark and awkward, especially for anyone over 5’6”. I’m 5’10” and had to squat to wash my hair. The WiFi was terrible and would barely connect. The location was fabulous though. "

We had to call to check in, which was easy enough, but their advertised 24-hour service was not accurate. There were no clean towels provided, so we couldn’t shower the first night. "nobody vacum the room and we found a hole in the door that later i lost my deposit because i did not report the hole in the door. The cabin was so comfortable and nice for 3 people. Television nice and breakfast so healthy. I like the Natasha cabin. I will take it again."
