"This was the most breathtaking place my partner and I have ever stayed at. We had the most beautiful view from our balcony and spent plenty of time enjoying it. The staff were all so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. When we find ourselves in the Douro Valley again some day, we will look to stay here! We will truly remember this place forever!"

"This hotel was Amazing ! We loved the older charm of this mountainside resort . The staff was excellent as well as polite and friendly ! They go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied with everything ! Our dinners and breakfast were great as well . We would stay here again in a heartbeat !!"
