"At the night, we found the air conditioner was not working in a hot season and the staff in no good manner said that they doesn’t have solution until next’s day. We asked for a room change and as well the answer was not appropriate. The hotel is beautiful, but the night staff not."
"It was truly such a lovely stay and the best part of our Italy trip. Each room looks super unique and we were huge fans of ours, in a lovely quiet and picturesque part of the old town still just like a 2-5 minutes walk to the best restaurants and 10 minutes to the busy central historic area squares, and easy access to the walled off area outside which was important as cabs cannot always access the historic zone and we had to walk a just few mins with our luggage from the historic city walls. If you book a transfer with them directly you can probably avoid the walk and get dropped off direct with a driver that has the special access to the historic zone but we booked last minute so hailed a cab from the airport. Was so fun wandering around the property itself and perfect location in town, and the staff were truly a standout and so amazing!"
"We stayed three nights. The room had dust on the floor and I stepped on a toe nail (not mine) in the bathroom. The bathroom floor tiles were badly cracked. The shower over bath had no screen. Breakfast was ok - not great but ok. Staff were ok. The AC came on automatically what appeared to be randomly. Overall, hotel seemed a bit shabby. We should have stayed in the old town."
"Borgo Canonica is an absolute gem. The service was warm, attentive, and seamless from start to finish. The property offers a rare combination of peace and quiet with a drop-dead gorgeous location, surrounded by spectacular grounds that are meticulously maintained. Pool area quiet and relaxing. No negative comments. You must have a car to access the property. Strongly recommended."
"Perfect place to stay with parking on site just on the edge of the Centro Storico. Staff great. Try to get the room with a view of the White City. Loved Ostuni."
"This was a very nice hotel with amazingly helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable and it was great to be able to open the window. I would definitely stay again. "
"The property was absolutely stunning, and the entire masseria felt like stepping into a magazine spread. The spaces were beautifully designed—the pool, which we didn't get to try out because it was still a bit chilly. The breakfast was nothing short of fantastic; you could order eggs and coffee, and they paid attention to the small details as you sat at the table. The service was truly lovely, making the experience all the more enjoyable."
