"We chose this location for the proximity to both Toledo and Madrid. It is not a luxury hotel by any means, but for what it was, it was clean and comfortable.
Pros: friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice TV, good shower, large windows that open, blackout curtains, rooftop patio, and parking on site.
Cons: no microwave, mini fridge, or coffee maker in room. Also, there was not an automated system in place for the parking garage so you must wait for the front desk attendant to realize you are there.
Another thing to know: the lights in both the hallway and the parking garage are motion censored and there is a notable delay. What that means is you come to both areas in the dark and then a few seconds later the lights go on. If you don’t move around a lot (ex. gathering things from your car) the lights shut off again. This seemed very unsafe to me, but on this trip, I was traveling with the hubby, so all was fine. I would not stay at this hotel as a solo female traveler."
