"Stayed for a week with my husband. The hotel is nice and modern but the rooms are pretty small. Had issues on multiple days with the wifi and made several complaints. Our refrigerator wasn’t working for 4 days, come to find out it was not turned on. We had food go bad inside it. Appreciated the free room upgrade as it gave us more space, however the new room lacked the washing machine we were looking forward to using. Breakfast options were good and was reasonably priced as well."

"Great location. Walking distance to everything. Vanessa who checked us in went above the normal process. We were able to check in early as we were members of ACR. Kitchenette only had 2 of everything. Had to wash dishes every day. That was a little disappointing. Bed was very comfortable. Would recommend this place to others."

"Waar te beginnen? Het hotel is mooi, schoon, oogt heel fris en relaxed. Kudo's voor de receptiemedewerker wiens naam ik ben vergeten. Ik kwam vroeg in de ochtend aan in Londen en had me zwaar vergist in het weer (het was zonnig en warm). Mijn plannen gewijzigd, zomerkleren gehaald en naar het hotel gegaan om in ieder geval mijn koffer achter te laten. Gelukkig kon hij een hotelkamer regelen in de ochtend (op voorwaarde dat ik me inschreef, dat was voor mij geen probleem) en kon ik me opfrissen...
