The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommended this please if you’re visiting Merida however is not very close to centro but a nice walk!!!

The staff are amazing. The location is great. The rooms are spacious, clean and well cared for. We love the small garden and pool! The breakfast is filling, the coffee is hot and the staff are wonderful

Room was clean and staff was amazing at daily cleaning. Loved the courtyard area. What would really improve the rating would be a mini fridge in the room. All the staff were great people and friendly. Pool area needs updated, comfortable furniture. It's a small pool but very nice on a hot day. Breakfast is great if you're only staying a couple days but after that we went elsewhere for breakfast. A couple different options would be great. (i.e. if you're having a 2 egg scramble or omelet why do you need to pay extra for 2 eggs fried and a piece of toast)?

Amazing experience in Merida

The moment I enter It felt relaxing our private suit was wonderingful , quite, cool with good A.C. The tranquility of hotel and pool was a great experience would highly recommend.

Great Hotel!

Great service, super quiet room, comfortable king bed, nice bathroom amenities, great breakfast included. Location is close to the airport but also conveniently located near the historic center. Highly recommend!

Rooms are lovely and spacious with a living room, courtyard with dipping pool. Breakfast is tasty. And Karina at the desk is incredibly helpful. Staff throughout the property are terrific. Ive stayed three times.

This is a great hotel in a very good location. The rooms are large and very quiet. There is a beautiful pool. The included breakfast was very good. WiFi is a little inconsistent as was the hot water for the shower but overall we had a great stay and I would definitely stay again.

I love this hotel. I am moving to Merida and I wanted a Merida type hotel not a big chain hotel and I found the best with hotel unknown the rooms are set up very nicely. The toiletries are excellent. I have a room with a pool. it’s delightful and the staff has been outstanding. They don’t speak a lot of English and I don’t speak a lot of Spanish but we work together to get the very best outcome for me. They were so very helpful. I could stay here forever.

This is a very good hotel. The building is lovely as well as the pool. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the air conditioning works properly, which is a must in Merida. The one thing we were not too keen on was the fact that the hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the centre which made it difficult sometimes. The surrounding streets are very quiet and somewhat dark so that’s something to consider when you are waking back to the hotel at night.
