La propiedad en general se ve abandonada sin limpieza en sus alrededores, me toco una habitación limpia, pero no hay wifi como dice, sale muy poca agua de la regadera y por degracia no tiene una llave de servicio en medio como en las casas. Llegamos y no habia quien nos atendiera, tuvimos que esperar mas de 30 minutos para que nos den una habitación, porque la persona que estaba no sabía. También nos toco una habitación que no tenía agarraderas para abrir la puerta desde dentro. Ojalá mejoren, porque es un buen lugar

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA, la peor de mi vida en un hotel, como es posible que EXPEDIA promocione este tipo de lugares? Uno confía en la aplicación, pero la publicidad es engañosa, nada tienen que ver las fotos con la realidad, el lugar es horrible, sin mantenimiento, lleno de perros y gatos callejeros, de entre los muebles salen CUCARACHAS GIGANTES, tuvimos que ir a comprar insecticidas para según nosotros pasar mejor la noche (ya que habíamos pagado al llegar) pero al despertar teníamos piquetes extraños y sorpresa!! LAS CAMAS TIENEN CHINCHES, como consecuencia huimos a primera hora del lugar y hasta dejamos ropa para no llevarnos esa plaga con nosotros, NO VAYAN A ESTE LUGAR, no dejen que este tipo de lugares ARRUINEN SUS VACACIONES, no se arriesguen ustedes y a su familia, el personal no es nada profesional y se hacen pasar por sorprendidos de cada situación negativa en el lugar, son increíblemente incompetentes, eso no se puede llamar hotel, PENSÁBAMOS QUE EXPEDIA TENÍA FILTROS RESPECTO DE LOS LUGARES QUE PROMOCIONA, solicitamos a EXPEDIA, ponga atención en este tipo de situaciones

El lugar está bien ubicado cerca del centro. Con acceso a la playa y cuenta con alberca, cerca hay restaurantes igual sobre la playa que puedes llegar caminando. El aire acondicionado y ventilación es buena. Falta mantenimiento en general al lugar y mejorar la limpieza.

Nos toco una habitacion en segundo piso...el techo lleno de obstaculos...(tubos, varillas, agua que cae de los aires acondicionados) una de mi familia se cayó por atorarse con un tubo que estaba obstruyendo el pado de manera permanente....es un tubo donde suben agua...
