"The rooms smelled bad, the sheets were stained and that was normal when asked staff to change sheets. No hot water...... Very unkept buildings. Nothing like the pictures. The staff was nice and that i feel bad for writing this. Not their fault."

"The hotel is a joke. When it rained, water seeped through my window. I paid for a master suit and had to change rooms because it was above a nightclub….I go to Merida frequently and I will never give them an opportunity to earn my business ever again."
