"Amazing hotel. Everything was clean. The bed was so comfortable and the service was great! The only bummer was the impact of the construction on George Square. What would have been easy access to businesses in the City Centre was made slightly more difficult with the maze. But still 100% worth the price. "

"Perfectly located for any Glasgow event from shopping to SEC / Hydro. Surprisingly quiet. Although minutes from shops and bars we felt like we were tucked away in a calm corner. Room was well equipped, the important parts were super clean - bathroom, kitchen, bed and linen. The sofa cover is a bit tired and the pillows a bit lumpy for our liking but it didn’t impact on our stay. Staff were fabulous and helpful. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had an excellent stay in the Carlton George, staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious and spotless, nicely furnished with a huge comfortable bed, smart TV with Netflix and YouTube was nice to have, and the complimentary mini bar was an extra I've not had unless staying in a premium room. We have stayed in several hotels in Glasgow, but this is my new favourite, we will definitely be back. "

"The Maldron Glasgow city is centrallylocated between the Queen Street and Central Glasgow stations. 20 minute walk to the Glasgow Cathedral. 30 minute walk to KelvinGrove Park. An oasis in the heart of a busy downtown full of shops and restaurants. We ate most our meals at the restaurant because the food was good and the service was excellent. I would absolutely stay at a Maldron again."

Comfortable beds, nice bathroom with toiletries and kitchen perfect for breakfast / small meals. We also used the laundry room - very convenient. Plus for the cooling fan as it was a heat wave when we visited. "
