"Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and couldn’t do enough for us so 5 stars for service. Beds unfortunately too hard for our liking but that’s personal choice. Pool was excellent and breakfast good too."

"Took us over two hours to check in. There’s no pool on site it’s located 10min drive away at a sports club. They were no help at all absolute joke of a place. "

"A very friendly hotel, with staff who did everything they could to help us, despite the language barrier. It is comfortable, if old fashioned in decor, which we liked. We had expected to be able to get breakfast and a beer or a glass of wine at night, neither of which was available, though you can get non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks and snacks from vending machines in the foyer. The area is basically industrial but is convenient for the Pompeii ruins, which are just a 20 minute walk away."

"This beautiful hotel was located literally on the water. We were there off season (March) so we had the place to ourselves. We had a room for three people with a small balcony. It was perfect. We were there for 2 days. They offer pickup /dropoff from the train station. Breakfast is abundant. They also set up a day trip to Capri with a pick up at the hotel. "
