"Great location. I stayed 2 nights. Free filtered water and tea all day. The breakfast was also good. Two scrambled eggs, avocado, bread, jam and a fruit salad. My room was right across from the yoga/meditation area with floor to ceiling windows. It was nice to spend time outside my room. The hotel owner also arranged an affordable taxi for me to go to the Pisac archeological site and then I hiked backed down to the town, which I highly recommend."

"Gorgeous property, we loved all of the animals (dogs, cats, and a baby alpaca). The staff was genuinely kind and helpful in scheduling taxis for us. The courtyard is so nice! The water pressure in the shower was hit or miss, but everything else about this hotel was a hit and we loved staying here."

"Front staff need to be trained at least 10 times to be able to do things right. These people follow you around and asked other employees to follow you also. Worst experience in my life…."

"Great customer service. The people at the reception were very friendly and go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. The hotel itself is very basic, you need to ask the reception before taking a shower for warm water, and we needed to ask for a second towel every day, as we only received one towel for two people. Nevertheless the staff was very happy to help with this. The hotel is only a 15min walk from the main square, so I can recommend the hotel if you are looking for a budget...

"Das Hostel liegt fußläufig zum Zentrum. Unser 3er Zimmer war gut, allerdings ist es im gesamten Gebäude extrem kalt. Wir haben warme Decken und einen Heitstrahler (gegen Gebühr) erhalten, wodurch es aushaltbar war. Das Wasser in der Dusche ist lauwarm. Das Frühstück darf man eigentlich nicht so nennen, da es trockene Brötchen mit Butter und Marmelade gab. Klasse sind die kostenlose Kaffe-/ und Teestation. Das Personal ist super freundlich und liebenswürdig."

"Staff never came back to me when I asked to clarify please if it was a house or a hotel. I asked that, because it says: shared bathroom. For the price I payed for the package I wanted at least my own bathroom. But they never answered to me. I didn’t stay there. I wish there were a way for a refund or something for the unpleasant experience, since because of that I booked somewhere else."

"The area was perfect - close to the main square and attractions but not right in the middle of all of the bustle. Unfortunately, the apartment was dirty and shabby. It was also frustrating that there was nothing in the kitchen--not even a pour-over or french press--for making coffee."

Hotel staff was friendly and assisted us with a variety of issues such as ordering cars allowing my father to wait in the lobby due to his bad back. They could not have been more helpful. It's also extremely reasonable for the value."
