"The room was nice, neat and clean. But the wifi was down at that moment. Water heater was provided upon request. There was no phone where I can contact the reception straight away from room. Since I stay in the hotel for a long period, at times I ate in the room but there was not enough cutleries nor bowl from the housekeepers, so it’s quite difficult to eat in the room especially during PKP times. They should provide at least the basic things like tissue, water heater, mineral water, wifi,...

"The hotel a little old. Need some new renovation especially the carpet and plug point. But i love this hotel because the gym, sauna and jacuzi facilities. Breakfast also quite good. Im impressed that their served jamu and green juice at breakfast. Keep it up and i will come back."

"Everything is fine, except I repeatedly couldn't get any WiFi connections for my laptop. As a result, I couldn't proceed to complete my work. The friendly receptionist was trying his best to help but to no avail. Hope the hotel management will look into the problem and strive to provide a better WiFi service for all potential guests."
