Check in staff was not rude but could have done better with greeting and explaining the property since this was our first time staying. Checkout staff was much better, Kierra was awesome and even helped me retrieve my phone after accidentally leaving it in the room. Overall, I would definitely stay again. "

"The rooms were clean, staff friendly, however, the pool had so much chlorine that it burned my daughter's eyes. She was wearing goggles for the most part but complained that her eyes were hurting all night. She couldn't sleep all night, she was crying in pain. We got her eye drops and she was ok by morning. Her eyes and the area under her eyes was red for the entire next day. This has never happened before and she is an avid swimmer so it's not like she is that sensitive."
