The staff is excellent, the area around the hotel was clean, the rooms were excellent, the bedroom which is off the living room was clean and the bed was super soft. We also had a small kitchen.

I really liked the location and it was quiet all 4 nights that we stayed even though the parking lot was quite full. Yesi checked us in and she was very helpful and sweet. I will definitely stay here again.

The clerk checking me in was very professional and kind. Had no issues pulling up my reservation and getting a room. The suite was clean and comfortable, which was nice because I was staying for 3 nights. I would recommend and would stay again when traveling here!

Great experience!

The hotel had been recently renovated, and was a fantastic place to stay. Very clean, and staff were very friendly and accommodating, would definitely stay again! My only complaint at all is that the heated pool wasn’t heated enough. The kids were cold while swimming and they shouldn’t have been.

Girls trip

Claire at the front deak was wonderful! Weather was terrible and we asked for first floor room. She accommodated us and was very pleasant. The breakfast was not very good. Did not have meat or potatoes on it. And the waffle maker needed to be placed somewhere else so people didnot stand so close to tables.

Most of the staff were really wonderful - personable and caring while being good at their jobs. Breakfast is great and changes daily with options for everyone! The coffee is even good! The beds and bedding are comfortable and the studio was very well appointed from kitchen to bathroom. Even has beautiful up to date fixtures. The pillows really could be better. And something that sounded like a LOT of trash being loudly picked up (metal clanking and lots of rattling, lasting at least 4 minutes) at 4am, after which I wasn't able to get back to sleep for at least a couple of hours, which I really didn't have. Great place for well behaved dogs - everyone was welcoming and our dog was quite comfortable.

Rocky start- great ending!

Our stay started out a bit rocky with our room being gone when we came in for vacation late at night. (10 PM) BUT, the staff was very helpful and helped us get it all taken care of and then some. We learned the problem was no one’s fault, but simply some miscommunication about some scheduled room maintenance that was not communicated with 3rd party booking sites. We ended up with an upgraded room and a discounted rate. The management was determined to make our stay pleasant and made our stay wonderful! We would definitely stay again. We loved having the comforts of home with the kitchen and utensils there for us to use.

This was a last minute reservation. We stayed in a handicapped room b/c that was all that was available in the 2 bedroom apartments. I would definitely do that again, if needed. It was very convenient on the 1st floor, not too far from thand it was all on one level,
