"This was our first vacation in a long time because my wife has a brain tumor and can't fly, but we finally took the time to go to Lake Como because it was a place she always wanted to visit.
It starts off with us booking a handicap room by accident, and to DOWNGRADE to a cheaper room, reception asked for 150 euroes. We politely declined after a long battle over why we are paying for a downgraded room and went to our room. Inside this room, the A/C is dripping loudly, and the Concierge told us this is a known issue with this room, so we then asked the reception for a different room. In this different room, there is a loud clicking noise since we enter the room every 5-10 seconds. I again call the reception and ask for a different room because now it is just a joke. They send concierge to "check" the problem, he walks in for 10sec and walk around and say he will get us a new room. The next room we are put in (still handicapped room despite us visiting a normal room that had no issues whatsoever) where the concierge visited prior to us to confirm this room is okay so we don't move a 4th time, and surprising to no one this room has the same clicking noise. I then call the reception for the 4th time asking for a new room and I told the lady it is extremely offensive that she sends someone to check if I am lying to her about the noise. She then starts to argue with me and lost her temper, which in the moment felt extremely professional of the hotel staff. The next time I called, I"
