"In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes...

"Very attractive and clean property. Staff were exceptionally accommodating. Although only one person on desk at check-in, his grasp of English was fair, processed without any hitches, went to curbside to unload and transport luggage to elevator. Good curbside parking for loading and unloading. Easily accessible from curb to lobby. Fronts on Plaza de Italia, attractive and peaceful city park. Easy access (two blocks) to Aristide shopping/dining area. Fuentes y Fonda Restaurant on southside...

"Our stay was amazing! The location and the lodge were absoloutley incredible. Views everywhere you looked. The rooms were very large and extremely well equipped; we had three separate outdoor living areas that we throughly enjoyed during our stay. We would high my recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Mendoza area! "
