"The bigger water slides kids had to be 48 inches or taller. Food was very expensive in the resort and took hours to get due to needing kitchen help. A few minor things broken in the room and doors need new key card readers. Staff was very nice and friendly but seemed stressed and over worked needing a well deserved break. over all very clean and we had a great stay "

"Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. There is plenty of parking. But the room was not very clean and the shower did not work properly. Pool water was lukewarm. "

"Pool was freezing and hot tub was luke warm. Elevator smelled of mildew and was past its operation license and safety certificate date.. by over a month. Overall the room was clean and breakfast was okay. "

"1st, was placed next to a bunch of construction groups (noisy), 2nd: TV was broke, 3rd: no glasses to even get a drink of water, 4th: toilet wouldn't flush right, 5th: ABSOLUTLY NOTHING FOR BREAKFAST, no coffee, no rolls, and no staff to be found at 7am, this was a train wreck........................................... "

"There is no front desk. So before arrival I got text about my cabin name and key code. But there is no map. There are about 60 cabins scattered in the wood. I can’t find my cabin. I called the customer service. They said they were going to send me a map. Never got it. At the end, with the help of another guest, I found my cabin. On the second day, toilet water tank ran out of water."

"Everything was good except for the cockroaches crawling every time we turned on lights. Had to empty "
