The property is not clean. The room was clean however the lobby has old worn furniture, the carpet is extremely dirty throughout the property, there was no hot water in the bathroom, the room smelled of stale cigarettes. For the most part the staff was friendly. There’s is always one who is difficult ...

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Memphis Wolfchase
Hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. My only disappointment was the pool and spa were not open. A staff member told me the spa hadn't been open since 2021. I would definitely stay again, but they should update their information if the pool and spa are not open.

Everything was wonderful BUT my key card to the room didn’t work after midnight for some reason. The last in the front desk had to get the master key card.
