"This property was completely misrepresented. Paint flaking off the wall. Cracks in the ceiling. Almost every door needed repair and repainting. Other peoples toothbrushes and other personal items left in bathroom. Hotels .com should be ashamed to list this property. I am demanding a complete refund and will never use Hotels.com again. Below is one of the many pictures I took of this “deluxe” property."

"All was good"

"We had great time staying at the Moose, the communication was good, apartment was spacious, clean and in a great location far enough to be quiet but near enough to get to bars etc within a short uber ride. We would recommend renting this apartment. Thanks again"

"Front desk attendant was great very nice. But the room bathroom was dirty"

"The place looks like they are remodeling. And it was cash only for the deposit. The staff was very nice."

"Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left."

"The room was stuffy. It was hot out and the air had a hard time keeping up during the day. The bathroom door would not close because the toilet was in the way and would not allow it to do so."

"The hotel was clean. Check-in was easy. However, I did expect a bit more variety for breakfast. It was also in a part of town that was a bit old."

"Disgusting rooms and they charged me extra for some bogus fee. Drugs everywhere. Not safe for you family. "

"It was ok for the night"

"Worst hotel ever do not stay here.i changed room 4 TIMES bc things where broken. Every room I went in to lights did not work except the bathroom and above the sink..one room a/c did not come on and this had trash in the room and a dirty towel on the floor as if somebody just took a shower. You can’t get your money back bc they do not have a working number that you can contact them with. Every thing about this property is broken and scamming people out there money"

"The pool is not open that was a lie then we get to our room there’s a bonnet and sex toy in the bed “how was the room cleaned prior to our stay”? It’s states breakfast well they have nun front desk stated there hasn’t been none since they took over lastly there are no pots to cook at all in the unit no dish soap and then the luggage carrier broke into pieces old and rusty! I was very unsatisfied with my stay ! Hopefully as it get renovated you guys do better ! You can’t even get a cup of coffee...

"Room was very dirty. Hair every where. Bottom of tub cracked and peeling. Hair in towels and all over the room. Stained comforter and sheets "
