This place was great. Very clean, hot breakfast, and safe location that was close enough to drive over to Memphis for a night out. I would definitely stay again.

This La Quinta was ok. It was safe. It was quiet. The staff was friendly. The bed was clean and comfortable and the showerhead/water pressure was great. But parts of the building are starting to show wear (elevator floor need replaced). It wasn't the cleanest. The arm chair in the room was stained and looked dirty. The dining room tables were not regularly wiped between guest use in the morning. The bathroom floor had a slick feeling and there was pink mold encrusted in the caulk of the shower.

Pool and pool area was very small, pool had some large stains and didn’t look very well maintained. Compared to many other hotel breakfasts that I’ve had, it was less than stellar. 3 of us we all threw away most of what we got.

Check-in was easy. They even gave me a little bag with a small bottle of water and a bag of popcorn. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The room was large with nice wood floors. I was impressed...Then I went into the bathroom. That changed my entire opinion. The shower (no tub) was filthy! I mean dirty filthy. I laid a towel down so I wouldn't have to put my feet on the floor. This morning there was a bug on that towel. The sink still had toothpaste in it, the faucet had toothpaste splatters on it. The towels were clean and had unopened soap bars so I know it was "cleaned" by housekeeping. I won't be staying here again when on one of my many trips through West Memphis.

Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel. Only two negatives. Between the commode seat an lid hinges was disgusting. It hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Also the grounds holder for the in room coffee maker was missing.

Absolutely the worst hotel i have taken my family to in years. I have a family of 7. We have 4 children. 3 that have disabilities. We paid outrageously for deluxe king rooms and we were given one king room that was less than thrilling and another room that was well. I have no idea. There was was so little space thag my husband slept on the floor so the children all had a comfortable place to sleep!!. There were supposed to be 2 flat screen tvs in both rooms. Thatt didnt happen. There was supposed to be big couches in both rooms, that didnt happen. They let children run through their halls unattended, yelling, cursing, being nothing but rude and belligerent. When i told them about my rooms being wrong i was promsied over and over again that i would be righted in the morning for all my troubles, that did not happen! The "manager" told me she couldnt do a thing. to call back monday. So i did. Only to be told they would refund $30 and that was all. I told them this was unacceptable. My children werent even able to eat there because so many children were running their bare hands through open food!! It was like a zoo in there. She told me it wasnt her problem, and told me she wouldnt be giving me her bosses name. And then hung up on me. When i say proceed with caution, i do mean proceed with caution. There are so many better hotels. .
